Breakfast- Apple, Satsuma
Lunch- Pasta, Tuna, Mayo(3)
Tea- Bacon, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, egg
Snacks- Satsuma, Banana, Greek muller(0.5)
HexA- 100ml glass of milk
HexB- 2 Alpen light
Notes: only 3.5 syns, but not feeling deprived, finally got my head around the new plan I hope!
