yes cause when i used to attend class i would weigh myself at home 1st and it was never the same so dont let ya mum worry lol x

I am eating plenty yes...I saved some sins up for the weekend so not sure if that effected it at all..well I''ll try again this week lol and see wot happens. x

it could just be the scales...does she go to class to get weighed?..if so she should wait till her nxt group to be weighed x

u can weigh em and count them as sins x

in that case then just carry on the week as normal mrs, you bound not have used all your sins 1 day so as the others say theres nowt to worry about, just enjoy the wine hehe x

I'm on red days this week, and ive found it quite easy, but i also throw in a cpl of green days too just to vary wot i eat x x

just go bk to norm tomorrow. and treat it as a flexible sin day..or failing that miss out the wine hahaha xx

u can have 227g baking potato (8oz) or 7oz of new potatoes with skin on as a hexB on red days. So with a salad or stirfry veg u will have a good meal there on a red day x

wot about doin some stir fry veg ...put some frylight in a wok or frying pan..cook some garlic ginger then add a pack of stir fry veg soy sauce and a touch of water..then serve with the chicken x
