    bugsbunny is spot on about success not always being measurable by weights. For two weeks I'd lost 6lb in total, tried on a smaller pair of jeans but they didn't fit. The next 2 weeks I stayed the same weight but decided to try the jeans on on a whim and they fit! I suggest using a tape measure...

    Had a bad week. I've not been well and have been making bad choices. I've now had 2 weeks of being the same weight. Luckily I lost 6lb in my first 2 weeks so no loss for the last 2 weeks has not been as bad as it could. I'm going to start again tomorrow!

    My countdown to size 12

    Lost 5 pounds already due to me over estimating my weight originally! I guess that is kinda cheating though! Today I had about 1800 cals so not too bad. I've done 250 steps on my stepper and a 10 minute crunchless abs workout. Will do another workout before bed.

    Not a great start food wise as my mum came round to see me and brought cream cakes with her! I've had around 1500 cals today though so was okay despite that. I've done 200 steps on my aerobic stepper and 10 mins of weight exercises.
