    Some lovely losses this week. I put on 0.5lb. Not stressing about it at all as I weighed in the evening instead of my usual morning group, my leader said that it can make a good 2lb difference. It was the same leader too so fingers crossed next week will see a nice loss... here's hoping!

    I couldn't get used to the online diary thing at all. I like using the sheets you get but I always forget to ask for more & then have nothing. It's almost a case of, if I don't have a diary sheet then I don't write it. I haven't tried keeping my own notebook so maybe that's a possibility.

    I'm only on my 2nd week of SW & I cooked one of the pasta sauces from the magazine. It was chicken, bacon, leek & quark. I don't like quark so I used half fat creme fraishe instead & counted the syns. Really tasty & husband loved it too. Took me all of about 15min for the whole meal.
