I love making homemade soups .... I usually chuck loads of different veg together and cook all day in the slowcooker with a bit of water(just covering veg) and a couple veg stock cubes and herbs ..... Any syns????

well .. I don't no what to call it really .. but heres what I did: I chucked a load of herbs and spices in a pan so there was a nice amount that you would be able to taste. I fried in them chopped chicken breasts and onions .. once those were cooked I added a tin of chopped tomatos and then...

I only use milk in my tea .. so I tend to use it as a HexA. The thing I do get confused about it if I have cheese ... do I have to lower milk intake of just count it as a syn. I have less cheese than the stated amount anyway .. I usually have a sprinkle of cheese on top a salad or my jacket ???

I usually have things like tuna(in brine) and tins of chopped tomatoes so I can do sauces for things.

What can I do with it ??? I had some this morning on defrosted frozen fruit for brekkie ... was rather yummy .. but I wondered what else I could do with it ???

Is there a way of making a low syn quiche ????

Welcome!! I have a normal diary that I keep as a food diary ... Thats helpful. I write all meals down ( I don't snack in between ) and then write the syns down so can keep track of how many sins I have used per day.

My hubby knows that i'm doibg and my friend as I looked at her SW books

Ahh .. see we usually do get the butchers choice ones .. but think hubby got those ones this week because they were on offer .. will have to remember then to get butchers choice! I've fancied trying quorn products .. he doesn't I think lol!
