    Ok so my first day and I managed 10k steps! Woop woop! I also did the first day of couch 2 5k on the treadmill at the gym- so proud of myself and just thinking about my babies got me through the huffing and puffing. Finished off the day with a nice shower and chicken tray bake with asparagus :-)

    Also I agree with phoenix girl- I feel awful on ee and always preferred red days on the old plan. No one says blueberries are bad- if you want them on sp have them, they just advise you to have half speed foods and half protein for the best results. Nothings banned on slimming world regardless...

    I'm pretty certain you're fine to have it as syns as you're still allowed 5 to 15. I'm not sure it would make sense not to allow this as syns but you could have a bag of crisps and syn them?

    I have always used mine in the same way - skimmed milk and porridge/cereal, although since I've had my son I've swapped to whole milk. I can have far less than skimmed but I don't use anywhere near as much so I still get my 4 cups of coffee from it and feel really healthy!!
