Hi Everyone! I've just been to tesco and they have loads of new mugshot flavours! I picked up a Red Thai Curry Rice which say's 2% fat - I know these are syned - I was wondering if anyone if they had a ridiculous amount of syns or there still low? Would be grateful if anyone could find out...

HE A: 40g Reduced Fat Cheese HE B - Small Wholemeal Pitta I noticed someone put Salt and Vinegar Ryvita Minis as a healthy B? I didnt know you could have these!! I absolutely loveeee Crisps and these would be a good substitute if there aloud? Please tell me they are? :)
