    Day One!!!!!

    Hi all, day six for me, and really struggling today. I'm craving everything from a banana to chocolate. Have been really strict, and not given in. Just feel so miserable though. Working a night shift tonight, so will keep myself busy. Just feel so fed up :(

    Thankyou. Day four today, don't feel hungry at all, really struggling to eat the porridge and ready meals at the moment. Still have an awful headache, but I'm sure it will go soon. :)

    Hi, have started today and feel rough as hell! Terrible headache and feel sick. I know this is normal, so just hanging in there in the hope this will pass in the next few days. Bought some ketosticks today, has anyone else used them to test if you're in ketosis, or have I just wasted money lol!!

    I have two and half to lose. Have felt self conscious almost all my life, and I'm sick if it to be honest lol!!!! If I had a good, fast loss, it would spur me on and give me extra motivation to prove people wrong and that I can do it :)

    Black coffee I can manage, not sure about the tea though. From your experience, how quickly can most people who stick to the diet religiously lose 2 stone. Is it likely to be less than 3 months?

    Thankyou Katie. I think my biggest struggle will be tea without milk, i am a major tea drinker, just cannot stomach drinking it black. I've had a real blow out weekend! Eaten and drunk what I like lol!!!! Tomorrow it all begins :)
