    I lost 5.5lb tonight and reached my original target! 4st 1lb lighter in 24 weeks! So proud of myself... Still not completely happy with my body.. Need to do lots of toning! Might end lowing my target weight but we shall see! Well done everyone else :)

    So I set a target of 3lb this week and I managed to pull off a 3.5lb loss! Crazy! So happy though.. 11lbs until 4st 0.5lb is gone forever and I reach my initial target! 2014 has been a good year... Well done everyone else :) x

    Haven't seen an STS or gain as of yet.. Actually lost 5lb since I joined 2 weeks ago! Goingggg well it seems :) I drink lots of water whilst I'm there so don't think I am retaining water! But I definitely have gained muscle as I can see it.. Happy all around!

    There's not much different apart from the higher allowance on syns.. As above I tend to lose it quicker than others at group. My average is 2.5lbs a week. I'm currently just over half way through my quest to lose 4 stone and I joined in jan.. (See my stats) Good luck with your journey!

    I hated exercise BUT.....

    I'm hoping this is going to be me! I'm joining the gym this month and am going to start swimming and cycling to be behind with.. Gonna struggle I reckon! Can't wait to build up my stamina though... Hope it doesn't stop the losses for too long whilst my body gains some muscle!!

    Exercise

    I am yet to do any exercise apart from occasionally walk the dog of a evening. I'm joining the gym this month and will be cycling and swimming. Dreading it but looking forward to my body changing from exercise and I know that it will get easier with time :)

    I've eaten out at Nandos and pubs mainly and find it easy.. Most meals on the menus are all free and superfree foods! I always give around 5 syns for the oils it's all cooked in. Asking for tweaks to what's on the menu is key.. If it's served with chips.. Ask for a jacket or rice etc... I've...

    Sometimes.. It may be a 'treat' but it's still on plan.. I might get a Chinese but make sure it's always within my syns and that I have my superfree! But still any takeaway is a treat :D

    I'm not too fussed about food during the day, it's more the drink.. As I drink a lot! Lol.. Sometimes I can weigh myself at home, drink a litre of water and it shows on the scales straight away! It's mental.. Haha.. I think I'm gonna drink minimal amounts of water to avoid that happening!! Lol...

    This might sound stupid, but is it a bad idea to drink a lot of water on your weigh in day? Obviously water shows on the scales pretty quickly therefore could affect the number that shows on the scales. Do you treat your WI day as any other normal day? I drink about 2L of water a day at work...
