    yeah you have to make it slightly differently to the other soups, there are different instructions on the back to follow then and you should find it works better :)

    Negativity...why?

    thats sooooo insensitive! i've lost track of the number of similar comments my dad has said to me :S there is certain negativity towards cd....the most annoying thing iv had said to me was from my friends flatmate: 'why don't you just eat nothing for free?' snigger. arggggggg!!!!!!

    I need to know something!?

    sapphireblue is right if you were to cut out a cm cube of fat and a cm cube of muscle the muscle would weigh more as it is more dense. but if you cut out 1lb of fat and 1lb of muscle they are obviously the same! sorry for the mental image haha!

    Same Age Group

    loose stool lol

    i read that a build up of all the hard stuff can cause the runny stuff to make its way out, so ur probably still constipated and should really take something for it - not fibre building but something that will get it all out! im sure ul notice a weightloss from it too!

    Water Brainwave

    just finshed a yummy tofu meal, with lots of hot spices when id realised how much water id drunk with it! if anyone else has problems drinking all the water just add lots of heat to your food and you'll soon get through it!

    anyone else lose every other week only?

    iv found that, although i did hav a bad week last week and stayed the same, iv found that the weeks i didn't lose as much weight i lost inches. this could be due to water retention so keep drinking!

    im the same as mooee, i only have it as a treat, when i feel i might slip up. i was also told that its the lack of citric acid that allows this. but im a bit naughty and have banned stuff so maybe don't take my advice. hasnt affected my weight loss though xx
