I am trying to do weight watchers by going it alone and am managing fine. Just wondered if there is any lists available anywhere that show you the points values of basic foods e.g bread milk cereals, crackers etc thanks

Thanks for all of your replies i think i will try to do it alone just need to get one of the calculators. Is there a way to work out points until i can get one or is it a special ww formula. I am really looking forward to this i have tried VLCD but didnt like them

Hi everyone this is my first post on here. I am looking at going on CD but was just wondering how much it costs a week. It sounds such a great diet after reading through all of our threads. I am really desperate to lose weight and think this is the diet for me:)
