    oin pc it also gives you a guideline for your carbs salt sugar and fat. with this i feel overwhelmed and i think it makes it to complicated how many people pay attention to these does anyone know if the mobile one counts this without u knowing or not.

    i work in an m local at -- 7 oclock we reduce a bag of chocolate plait and stuff like that to 25 p and its a bargain that im faced with a lot i have also caved alot to the smell of pastry as it comes through the till i see a pck of 4 yums reduced i cannot resist and i eat them all at the moment...

    We have decided that we will be starting back a weight watchers as we miss it before we were doing it on a Monday this seems to have not worked for us so we have found a wednesday group and we be starting back after my next payday. but i miss filling and healthy days so will start tomorrow morning

    My App for drinking water says i have to drink 3.1 l a day and i never get there i when i get anywhere near i a have to be home allday because of going to the toilet that often does it get better and is this a way to big a goal i weigh just under 15stone.
