Using pork as a free food in the syns calculator pork and leek are 2 syns for the whole pack , and the other two are free ,not sure if that right so maybe someone else could double check , iv checked the nutritional info on my morrisons low fat ones which are 1syn each and yours are a lot...

I think in general the tubs are 250g that's what I use , half for the cake and half for the filling :)
