    Whats for breakfast?

    Wholemeal Roll (B) topped with bacon and scrambled egg (free!), with cherry tomatoes, baby carrots (superfree) and 2 tablespoons of low fat sourcream and chive dip (3 syns) and that's loads but its more of brunch than breakfast :)
