    WHATS YOUR.........

    I have shake for b/fast Bar for lunch Apple about 4pm W/W meal in the evening I am doing about 20 mins exercise every other night on the Wii fit - so much fun - have never enjoyed exercise so much! And I have now lost 9lbs in the past 3 weeks. So I am very happy :)

    I want to lose 4lbs this month - lost 7lbs in the last two weeks, but expect the loss to slow down a bit (especially with hubbie's birthday meal in October!)

    Hi everyone I have been on slimfast for 2 weeks now and have lost 7lbs, which I am really pleased with. Have done WW before, but found that I wasn't sticking to the points. Really enjoying doing this though and people are already noticing the loss :)
