    March challenge

    Well done on your loss Sarahbr :clap: Sorry I haven't been here as have spinal problems sitting here. Lost another 2.5 lbs missed a week and then weighed yesterday with another 3 lbs loss. Now have lost 1 stone and got my 5% - am so thrilled.

    I started at 19 st 4 lbs but after two weeks are 18 st 9.5 lbs. Am so thrilled as am disabled and cannot walk far let alone exercise. good luck everyone x

    Thinking of switching from s/world

    on sw I stuck mainly to green. I tended to have sw chips every day - at least once - and in massive piles. With ww I am following points as I have no control and am loving it. I tend to go daft as I bought a pack of 8 meringue nests and they are only 1 point each - ate them all in one day...

    Low propoints goodies

    If you make up a WW choc drink (2 ps) with half of the water (or less) and leave to cool it makes a lovely pouring choc sauce or use as a dip for sliced bananas, strawberries etc.
