    I have read people do different ways with some counting and being quite strict on up days and yet the 5:2 book seemed to say eat what you want when you want? I wonder if it makes much of a difference to loss or if the variety keeps the body guessing? have you ever noticed?

    Crazy food day and weeklies

    I was wondering what everyone does when they have a day that goes haywire with food - do you attempt to point it/write off all your weeklies or draw a line under it and carry on with what points are there? i don't want to use today as an excuse to fall off plan altogether or til my points...

    Do you think that your less hungry on non fast days now? I read that that was a benefit of the 5:2 plan?

    I have previously looked into the 5:2 diet but became concerned when I read that in some people it caused problems with their hormones and menstrual cycle? Sorry it's quite a personal subject but I was wondering if anyone had any experience or opinions on this...

    What's your daily calorie intake?

    There are a couple of really good websites that will provide you with your BMR and also your TDEE which you can then subtract a percentage from for weight loss - this might help to make sure you don't drop your calories too low?

    I really enjoy running and road cycling but finding the Scottish winter has hindered this a bit! Hoping to be able to get back out again soon! I love how much more toned it lets me feel but also extra calorie allowance!

    Did you fall pregnant after losing weight??

    Thank you for putting up this post as I have a few stone to lose and am hoping I may be able to conceive my second child if I lose the extra! You have an amazing attitude to the whole situation and will be an amazing mum no matter how it happens for you! Good luck, xxx
