    Laura's gory details....

Thank you both :) Day 4 - slightly more headachy and had to take some ducolax which gave me stomach ache, but some of the headache and tiredness I do put down to being due on today. Still nothing like as bad as I expected although lots of food smells round me today. I'm doing a full roast lamb...

    Laura's gory details....

Day 3 - Woke up a little more drowsy and a bit ratty but I am due on tomorrow (good diet start!) but other than that, again I feel pretty OK. Yes I do think of food a lot but not enough for me to go and stick my head in the fridge. Tonight will be a tester as I have to make scones (we have a...

    Laura's gory details....

Hi Everyone, I thought I'd start a diary thread more for myself really than anyone else. I've always been a chubba. Not a massive chubba, but definitely one you'd look at and think 'she could do with losing a couple of stone'. From around the age of 8 I started to be the chubbiest kid and...

    Exciiiiiiiiiited.....I think!!

I think it keeps everything ticking over and then there shouldn't be any constipation. I will let you know once I have been taking them for longer to find out. First day done today and all Ok so very happy. Dreading the 2nd & 3rd day blues I've read about though!

    Exciiiiiiiiiited.....I think!!

My consultant told me about it so I didn't realise it wasn't common knowledge. I'm only on day one today so I can't tell you how effective it is yet but I've placed the bottle and a glass of water next to my bed and I just take a sip before bed and it's only a little tablet so easy to swallow...

    Exciiiiiiiiiited.....I think!!

So everyone, I'm embarking on my huuuuuge journey on Tuesday (4th March). I think I'm prepared - I have the shakes, the breath spray and the aloe vera colon cleanser. Oh and I even have migraine tablets. Anything else anyone can think of!? Now, I know I'm supposed to tone down on the eating...

    Slim Sip & Cambridge

Does anyone know if you can take slimsip with Cambridge? Slim sip basically gives you a "fuller" feeling and you drink one glass of water and then another to wash it down. I thought this with Cambridge could be a potential good thing. Anyone know? :)

7 stone. 10 months. Can it be done?

Hi, Just thought I'd reply as I will be starting next Tuesday in an attempt to lose as much weight as I can before my wedding in July. At 5ft1 and over 14 stone I hoped 3 stone would be realistic. I'm afraid I can't answer your other questions as I'm meeting with my consultant for the first...

    Preparation for new starter

Thank you both! Is there a site which lists exactly what we are allowed. I've read somewhere Diet Coke isn't allowed and I wouldn't mind knowing some more about teas (I love my teas for a relax). Are peppermint and Green allowed? :) XX

    Preparation for new starter

Hi Everyone, I plan to start the Cambridge diet next Tuesday. I have to bake a 21st cake on Monday for a friend of mine so I figured I want all temptation out of the way! So tomorrow I am off to see a lovely Cambridge diet leader and will be getting all the kit I need to start me off on week...
