    Extra Easy: Nandos for a vegetarian

    Don't know the syns but the Mediterranean salad is great. Salad leaves, butternut squash, some other free veggies, a few olives, a little feta and a little dressing. Obviously the last three ingredients need to be counted but don't think they'd be too scary.
