    Well I didn't eat un-healthy before I came to SW, the only real difference is that I no longer eat bread and I do more exercise than I did before. I was sat in class and the other 4 new members that started last week all lost between 3 and 5.5 pounds in the first week and I felt a bit peeved...

    Red and Green Vs Extra Easy

    I've only been doing it a week, but I'm prefering the EE. Green and Red days are good, but most of the time in the week I eat pasta/rice and meat.....at the weekend I might have red as it's a bit easier! I'm struggling with the Free/Superfree foods though :confused:

    Why don't you plan the week out, we do it at home with everyday food. We decide that one night we have stir-fri, then pasta one night etc stick it in your diary and away you go! At least that way you won't have the worry of over spending. With the snacking, why don't you get yourself some...

    I just feel like everytime I do well, I go and gain the following week. I went and did 30 lengths at the pool tonight and I went to the gym the day before, do you think if i did another spout at the gym tomorrow before I go to weight in it would help??

    Anyone transferred from CD to SW

    I'm only new to this website, but i know someone who did cd for 7 months and lost 6 stone. She then gained 8 and a half stone, which she totally regretted. Now she's been doing sw for 3 months and has lost a stone and a half so it just goes to show that it's better to get it off steadily!!

    I want to scream!!! I've got weigh in tomorrow night and I've been really bad, it was my birthday and my husbands birthday the weekend and all I've done is eat and drink all the wrong stuff. It's my own fault I know, but I really don't want to go and i'm dreading it :break_diet:
