    I suffer with diarrhea some days on sole source and then constipation on other days my cdc says that it's because of the high level of nutrients in the shakes. Day 4 for me today... hello ketosis my old friend! I forgot how "easy" it gets once the headaches and hunger pangs have passed...

    I have ketosis sticks got them from eBay about £5. It may be worth you investing. I use them throughout to test what foods kick me out and which ones don't for ss+ as I'm a sucker for carrotts but they are not on the allowed list. X

    I think ketosis is different for everyone. For me it's dry mouth, cold, deep sleeps, early mornings and no hunger pains or cravings. Getting there is the hardest but for me then it's plain sailing... Well kind of xx

    Maybe it's time for you to move up to ss+ I move between the two on days where I really need food. If it means that it stops you from falling off the wagon all together I would give it a go the losses are pretty much the same.

    I switch from ss to ss+ whenever I feel like it and overall I haven't seen any difference in my weight loss. I made a curry on ss+ and it really helped tide me over.

    I tried this after ur post and it was delish. I have even tried using it with ss+ I used my protein allowance with chicken and grated cauliflower so it was like rice it was amazing and was like a huge meal. Think ur brilliant idea will really keep me going!
