    Just take it one day at a time. Try to fill up on speed food and bulk out meals with them, maybe try cutting back on carbs? How many syns do you use? Sometimes it is best to use all your syns or atleast 5 everyday

    I am slowly introducing exercise, started with walks with my dogs. I did 3 extra walks in one week and lost 3lb. usually I lose 1/1.5lb so it helped me. Didn't want to jump into it tho as I don't want it to plateau

    How much did you lose your first week?

    I lost 2lb in my first week, was really disappointed, didn't make it to my 2nd week because I was stuck at my mums when it snowed and put on 1.5lb in my 3rd week. My 4th week though I lost 5.5lb was much happier!

    help!!!

    I bulk up my meals with speed food and try my best to snack on speed foods as well. My new favourite snack is gherkin wrapped in a slice of ham. I also snack on cooked chicken pieces. I try to snack on speed as much as possible but if its not speed then its meat. x
