    Hi, did you buy them from weight watchers? If so, ring them and ask them to work it out for you. If not, then cant help you work out exactly but the majority of ladies are on 26 daily points and 49 weekly points. 26 dailies is the lowest you should go I believe. Hope this helps. xx

    'Cook it Your Way' Cook book... worth the price?

    In my opinion its only worth it if you are going to cook more than half the recipes in the book. Otherwise, I wouldn't bother, you can get lots of recipes from the internet and also this site. I think £15 is a lot of money myself.

    Personally, it wont be a bad change for me to cut carbs due to having diabetes. Carbs are not really suitable for me as they raise my blood sugar so I do need to limit them.

    There is still a lot you can eat on the plan that is not high in fibre. Just concentrate on those until you feel better and then introduce things one at a time to see what suits you and eliminate things that upset your gut one at a time.
