I mixed a couple of tablespoons of quark at the end.. made it a bit creamy as making in with just water can be a bit watery.. was much nicer.....just a idea...:thinking2:

I love weetabix cake.. tastes like bread pudding but has syns and cant leave the cake alone and land up eating the lot!! I have NO will power.. My daughter just told me she brought chocolate and has had to hide it .. she know me to well!
