    SW free packaged snacks!

    Anyone know of any slimming world snacks that are free or like 1/2 a syn that are fillingish? I have a suspected thyroid problem and need to boost my metabolism by eating every couple of hours so I'm trying to think of snacks foods I can buy in bulk and just chuck in my handbag. Any ideas??

    If you're back is in decent condition I really recommend the planking thing. It tones just about every part of your body and really knocks the inches off. Google image search 30 day plank challenge. It's easy to do and you start only having to hold the position for 30 seconds a day :)
