    Oh dear major melt down yesterday ate 4 bars, sushi and a shake. Oh well try to be good today, I just felt emotional, tried, cold, not hungry just really fed up.

    Mally hope tomorrow is a better day, it's good you have the week off as first week is the hardest and I always have headache and very tried in first week, so hopefully can rest a little.     Been over doing it with the evening meal so doing onto 4 meal packs and milk allowance from today. Meal pack at 9am 1pm 5pm and 9pm. Water, Tea and coffee with milk allowance in between. Jus started frothing my coffee tastes so much better and thicker even though it's only decaf and skimmed milk.
