I'm just going to stick with the shakes and bars, tried the sheperds pie yesterday and could'nt eat that. The bars are pretty nice though so should be fine with that, once I've got throught he first 7 days and seen the weight loss then I don't think it'll bother me what they tast like lol x

hows evweryone getting on now? I'm really struggling with the food I cant stomach any of it, the only things I can force myself to have is the bars & shakes so I'm going to stick to just them

wow! 10lbs in a week that awesome! I had the vanilla shake last night that was alot better than the carbonara! Going to try the shepherds pie at lunch time, I'm hoping it'll be an improvement on yesterdays meal lol :confused:
