I've lost 1 lb this week, my smallest loss so far but it's still a loss! Going to try and have a really good week this coming week and do a bit more exercise. All the best to everyone else weighing!
I like the turkey broccoli and pasta gratin from the extra easy cookbook, I use quorn chicken style pieces instead of the turkey. It's tasty and not too hard to cook at all.

Great to find a supportive place for weight loss. I started slimming world just over three weeks ago and have lost a stone so far. I'm enjoying learning to cook different things and eating more healthily. Hope I can stick to it!
