Hows everyone been today? Sunday was fab as was today. Really working hard this week :-)
On another note what exercise does everyone do? I do none really and really need some ideas to get off my butt!
Ive had a really bad weekend :( YEsterday I had meatballs and chips at Ikea and then I had lots of bad food at my brothers birthday party along with lots of wine. Today Ive had chocolate, white bread and bacon with the fat on :( Tomorrow is a new day though and I will pull it back!
I think its just badly bruised looking at it this morning!
So Ive weighed today as I wont be home to weigh tomorrow and im 1lb down. Im a bit gutted its not more but last week was dreadful and I still had a 2lb loss so im not too fussed. Im now 12 st 3lbs. Thats £6 in my jar today and I turned...
Today Ive eaten:
BREAKFAST: A banana and an omelette with bacon eggs and tomatoes
LUNCH: Tuna salad - leafy green letuce, red lettuce, tomatoe, cucumber, spring onion, red pepper and sweetcorn and 1 tbsp lighter then light mayo (1syn)
SNACK: 3 white choc bubbley bites (7 1/2 syns) grapes...
Im really excited I think its going to be fab! How old are your kids? Mine are 2 and 7.
I dont really do many green days but I definitely find I lose more doing a few red days rather then all EE.
LUNCH: Beef with roasted courgette, a red potato, mange tout, baby corn and broccoli.
DINNER: Beef rolls x2 (heb) with low low cheese (hea) and salad and a little mayo and mustard.
SNACKS: Banana, banana with low fat greek yogurt, Apple
Im doing it at home. I just don't have the time or childcare to go to group! Im doing ok at the minute but if I get stuck then I will go to a group :)

For breakfast I like a 'fry' up. Bacon, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans, fried potatoes, or any combination of those.
Good lunch ideas is cold pastas: chicken sweetcorn and a little low fat mayo, tuna pasta, roasted veg pasta or cous cous.
Im usually quite good at avoiding the bad stuff but this week its just not happening!
I like the idea of 1/2 my plate being ss so I think im going to do that all next week :-)
Ive had a bad week. Its my time of the month and Ive had biscuits and too much chocolate and Im starving all the time. I will be happy if I maintain this week but Im sure Ive gained.
What do you all do when you've had a bad week? And what do you do the following week to kick start your loss again?
Id suggest either just taking a day off and enjoying what yourself as a one off (but buy one of the food pass things as the food is expensive) or take a sw friendly picnic with you instead.

I weigh at home on a Saturday and this week I have lost 3lbs taking me too 13st 6lb. Im very happy so in 3 weeks Ive lost 1/2 a stone! Eeek. I hope I can keep this up!
12 is my 1st goal and I cant wait to get there! Haven't been in the 12's since before christmas!
I was eating out at least 2 times a week so im hoping slimming world is going to save me pounds in the pocket as well as pounds on the waist!
When you reach goal what are you looking forward to most?
I am looking forward to feeling confidant and not worrying about what other people think about the way I look. I cant wait to feel comfartable in my own skin!
I also cant wait to wear a body con dress and look good!
My 1st week I lost 7lbs then there where lots of birthday celebrations and meals out and I gained 2 lbs. This week Im back on plan 100%. I dont think restricting syns is a good idea, your best off just going back on plan :)

So I did my first Aldi/Iceland slimming world food shop today. To be honest I was pleasantly surprised but I didn't spend any less then I do in Asda. I will probably go back again next week
So anyway, I was wondering what are your Aldi i and Iceland best buy/must have items? What should I buy...
I ended up going with Big Mac in a Bowl. Id never had it before and it was fab. Then I had 2 benefit bars (actually 1 1/2 as the toddler stole some) and some fruit but Im definitely doing the stuffed peppers next red day :)

Im doing SW from home, I just dont have the time to get to a class so at the moment its the best option for me. I do have the books though which is great and I have a subscription to the magazine.
