How did you get 25 syns a day , I take it that happens if you go to class? I went to a class once a while ago and was told I should have 25 syns too but everywhere else says it's 15max

ok, So i have started this WW today. I still have some bad food left in the fridge. One is the rustlers tex mex burger. I scanned it using the weight watchers app bar code scanner, it says its 8 points. Can this be right ? It just seems really low.

I know this is an old thread but I'm trying to get back on sw. When i started class I was told I can have 25syns as I was a man. I did lose weight as well but fell off the diet when I went in holiday and it was free food / all inclusive.

Ah ok it's probably right then. I didn't know you could work it out just on calories alone, I always spend ages typing everything in. That's good so I divide anything I eat (& don't know) by 20 and that should give me a rough syn value. Good to know thanks for this.
