    Not enjoying shakes

    I'm not enjoying the shakes either! Must admit, I'm not a soup fan at all but I prefer the soups!! The vanilla one is def better with coffee, might try chocolate one with coffee too.

    Total Solution Day two - not too bad!!

    I'm not sure, I had a bar yesterday afternoon and just nibbled on it throughout the day and didn't need to have my porridge for dinner until about 7pm! On day 5 now and had a sneaky weigh in, 5lb down! Yay! I know its mostly water but my stomach is so much less bloated so don't look as porky!

    Porridge....

    Today is my first day and I had the porridge for breakfast. I really liked it! What was it that you didnt like? The consistency? I made mine with 150ml of water, and microwaved it for longer, stirring in between a few times then left it to thicken for a few minutes, it reminded me of readybrek...
