    I think the body may react differently at various occasions… and accumulation of proteins may cause nausea…

    suggest you measure your bp with the GP to make sure all is fine… some people hardly tolerate high protein diets..

    hi, although I am starting from a higher weight compared to the previous time, my weight loss is much slower, my CDC is happy with my weight loss but I am not! anyone had the same experience to share will be really appreciated... :(:(:(

    that is inspiring;;; Same situation as me (perhaps mine is worse as I reacher to weight that I never went to in CD Trial 1 :sigh: The good news though is that CD DOES work! I am one week old re-CDer and already lost half a stone :p So yes keep the momentum up and it is really worth !!

    Hello, have gone through CD in 2006 and I lost 22 KG at that time (77 to 55….) unfortunately though, I could not maintain it because of the bad habit of binge eating in response to emotionl stresses… My personal life style is somehow stressful which is not an excuse of course for binging...
