i think its fine if they're just plain rolled oats with nothing added. if they're instant or flavoured etc then no I'd imagine not. x

aldi do these and if they're the same size, i count as 4 syns. I go by the calorie content :) quite high when you consider how un-filling they are :( but delicious all the same x

The Mediterranean chicken one is DELICIOUS! And it is 5 syns for the whole thing but share between 2 people that 2.5 syns – not bad at all in my book! J x

Hazelnut Mikado's in Tesco for some reason are 79p when the others are £1.39. They're bloody delicious and thats for a full size pack too. Also, Diet Coke is £4.39 BOGOF - cheaper than Asda at the mo! x

aldi for their fruit and veg, always a bargain and so much better quality than some of the other supermarkets. their bags of rolled porridge oats 79p i think for 1.5kg and its lasted me forever having it as my HEXB and their "mullerlights" are nice, the cranberry and raspberry one is very tangy...

i couldn't give up my lunch for anything! haha i fidn its the opposite, they comment on my healthier choices sayign it smells/looks horrible etc

Well done on the weight loss with WW. I think, if SW won't start at 100lbs weight loss from before, then just start afresh with SW and each time you have a loss with SW you can add that to the total you lost at WW. If that makes sense.
