    Chocolate and Crisps have been my biggest downfall, how do you get around them?

    I buy Aldi versions of Quavers and French Fries. Cheaper and lower in syns. The Cheese Curls are 3 syns and the French Fries 3.5. I also buy their version of little aero bars - "mini bubbles". They are 4 syns each and I nibble them slowly.

    What are you using your Healthy Extra's for today..?

    Well, I nearly always split my hexa as I don't need all that milk allowance. Today my hexa was 125ml semi-skimmed milk and 20g reduced fat cheddar. Hex b hifi salted caramel bar. It does say on the SW website you can split your healthy extras.

    Most ridiculous diet I've tried

    Juicing! To be honest, I do quite like the juice and it is brill for a quick detox, but not weeks and weeks of it. Plus the juicing and cleaning up becomes such a pain and the cost of all the fruit and veg!

    Mine is to get to 1stone off - 3.5lbs to go. I'm a bit worried I may gain or maintain this week though so I had better get back on plan properly. I've been going over my syns by about 5-6 each day due to work stress. Need to focus again.

    Oh dear, how frustrating. I've had a terrible day at work. Been super stressed and wanting to scream all day. Had dinner at a friend's house that I think would have been about 14 syns. Also having a small glass of wine tonight but I have been below syns the last 2 days so hopefully it will stay ok.
