Welcome, i to am about the same weight and have just started back on LT, how are you finding it?

I'm back on LT to, i originally did it 10 years ago but have become a right mess and now need to lose quite a bit of weight so on day 2 at the moment and so far so good, just wish it would hurry up and get in to ketosis, Good luck on your journey.

So i started back on lipotrim this week (yay me)after 8 really long years in that time I've moved all over the country half a dozen times. Got a Degree later on in life and managed to bag myself a dream career which lets me travel all over the world and work at the pinnacle of my profession...

Hi im back on lipotrim ive been on it before and got to a very good weight but stupidly let myself go when I should've been eating better and at the gym training hard but at least im trying to do something about it now and have now been back on it for 5 days always about for a chat Sam :-)

yea 4lb is good however i was a little dissapointed as fir the last few weeks its been 5lb lol but in saying that a loss is a loss and thats all good :D:D:D

trust me it wil get easier after the first week and the weight will start falling off in no time

before i used a shaker i used to whisk it in but id run it through a small sieve first to get the lumps out and make sure it mixes properly weird i know but at the time it worked pretty well know i just through it all in my shaker and shake like hell for a min or two lol and works a treat :):):)

i have mine cold and use a shaker i find it easyier that way and less messy (i can be a right mucky pup at times) just have to give it a really good shaking to sieve out all the lumps :D

you can go into account settings privacy and change all of your settings there so people cant see you if you dont wish them to unless you accept there freind request and as for anyone that you dont particulary want to know your buisness you can block them by typing in there name in the account...

thats a tough one but personally id wait or you'll just put yourself on a bit of a downer for your birthday as you wont be able to have a cheeky drink or a little nibble at sumthing and after all is your birthday and only comes but once a year then you can start monday afresh ;)
