    Good luck, ignore the negatives & remember why you're doing this. It's for you & no one else, health wise this weight plan is so well nutritionally balanced, you know your body is getting everything it needs :) most of the time if people have nothing nice to say it's because they're ill informed

    Lol crazy creatures aren't we, back in my 'eat what I like' days having the same things daily or even weekly used to bore me to death. Now I enjoy not having to think about it & don't care that I'm having the same things day in day out

    Thanks :) I have put them all in the fridge now, the choc ones are amazing! Really not sure about the crunchy bits in the peanut bars, I can't seem to chew them enough to break it down if that makes sense lol

    My skin was really dry the first week around my ankles, how weird!, keep drinking plenty & moisturise as much as poss. Fingers & toes crossed here too! good luck :)

    Hi, I lost 4lbs at WI. Everyday gone is another day closer :) don't be so hard on yourself, what's done is done & now you have the opportunity to change it, getting your head in the right place is half the battle I find. Don't think about the long term just one day at a time x

    Not too bad actually, I'm into week 2 now so it's getting better. I'm not in ketosis, CDC seems to think it's the milk, definitely not hungry tho so it's not bothering me. I think I finally have my head in the right place! Thanks for asking, had a quick peek at your results, amazing so far! x

    5lbs off in my first week, not massively happy with that but I know I've got less to lose this time. Keeping motivated is the hardest part of this plan I think. With relatively low losses there's not a lot to spur you on

    Mine is exactly the same, last time I did it I lost 9lbs the first week. This time only 5lbs, my first weigh in last night. Just have to keep chipping away at it & try not to let it demoralise you. I know it's hard :(

    This is my 2nd attempt at cwp & currently on day 2. That piece of advice is great! I will not think of the days as enemies but each day as an achievement :)

    Day 2 for me too! not so bad once I'd stopped expecting take away Indian in a packet. I just tell myself it's the only way this is going to work, having done cwp before though I can tell they've improved the flavours :)
