    The only HeB wraps I know of are the WW ones and bFree. You get a choice of cardboard or plastic. :P Personally I prefer cardboard. Have you tried dampening the WW ones slightly and then microwaving them? Far nicer that way. :) Otherwise the soft taco shells from old el paso are 100 calories...

    Speed protein. Half of your plate has to be speed, half protein. No free foods, still have 15 syns, 1 a and 2 b choices. :) It's supposed to be great for weight loss.

    Oh forgot to say that tea tonight was batchelors rice.. I was gunna just have some fruit but I saw it on the shelf and grabbed it lol! Syn free as it's the old one.. I stocked up a bit lol :)

    get a yummy bottle of robinsons to make squash with, if it's the sugar free one it's syn free. the apple is my fave, tastes so sweet and it really hits the spot for me. and fair enough if you're snacking on it inbetween :D I hope youi'll have a nice surprise when you join x

    Thanks. :) In the end had 1/4 of a muffin so i'll round that to 4 syns, two small nibbles of some other chocolate thing (can you tell it's * week and he's trying to keep me happy?) so will do that up to 6... a bite of his buttie so will say 8 to be safe.. so 18/20 syns. I may just not have any...

    Did you join a group in the end? Otherwise food is looking good but I think you might need a little more food! Breakfast and lunch both look small. Also maybe try adding a bit more speedy? Like an apple with your lunch or so? Also try to weigh only once a week. Or if you find that hard twice...

    Thank you :).. hehe.. I've decided I need to kick my arse back into gear! On about 10 syns so far.. Also OH just bought 2 large cupcakes that I've worked out as 15 syns each... Maybe a nibble? They look so lush. Mouthgasm alert! Lol! Munching on an apple now to try kill the sugar cravings...

    Also, I've set myself a goal of 1.5lbs to lose this week. :) I'm starting to heal now so I'm going to chance walking the dogs again as of tomorrow - it should help with getting extra off! But 1.5 is so I can say I've lost 7 stone in a year of SW... never thought this would ever happen! Just 1...

    Right, I've decided I'm going to list EVERYTHING (eep!) that passes my lips. :) So far today; Can of diet coke, cup of tea (milk hea) 2 small apples. -- Another cup of tea, 2 cans of diet coke, batchelors rice (syn free) peppers, onions, garlic, one third of a steak.

    Oops. Cheesy garlic bread fell in my mouth. So did 2 packs of crisps. But due to being ill it all then fell down the loo.... On the plus side job interview next week. :)

    Thank you :) Scales are saying 19st on the dot so I'm happy with that. I'm also wearing more clothing than normal so more reason to be happy haha! so far haven't eaten today. I'm feeling ill so not overly hungry.. Wouldn't turn down ice cream though lol!
