    When to weigh in?

    Hi All Bit of a query here - when do you all weigh yourselves? Everyone I know says the morning is best etc etc but when I was at Slimming World, we did it in the evening obviously. What are your thoughts? x

    Thanks lovely, amazing how you can go off track so quickly! Felt just as bad on Monday so went out for a run (ha, yes me - running!) using the Couch to 5K app and felt so much better afterwards! xx

    Sparkling water with Robinsons squash 1 Shredded Wheat (B) Small amount of Skimmed Milk Jacket Potato Ham Banana and Apple Bacon and Pea Risotto or Cheese & Broccoli Pasta Salad Satsuma 10 minute workout in the morning and tonight, plus lots of water.
