    Well hello day 4, awake fairly early with a bit of a headache. But I'm putting that down to " only" drinking 2.5 l of h2o yesterday. I've always struggled at the weekend so going to need to try extra hard to be good. But mentally I'm in a good place so hoping for a positive couple of days. X

    I have the spicy chilli soup and quite enjoy it, but not sure id want one every day. As for porridge I can just about tolerate the pecan one but still prefer a chocolate shake over any of them. Good luck with your first week, I certainly admire your will power... Bacon sandwiches and ice cream...

    Just had a chilli soup for lunch, struggling a little with the water but still managed 1.5l so far so should still get to 2.5l before tonight. Think I may have a cheeky jump on the scales tomorrow morning.

    Gym not too bad, again, easing myself back into it gently... It's quite disheartening to see how far back I've fallen, whilst I've never been remotely skinny i used to do a fair bit of running and played a lot of rugby, I'm hoping the improvements in fitness will spur me on even more.

    Thanks for the reply soph :) I was wondering about not leaving The first shake till later on as I'd heard your metabolism doesn't really kick in until you have had your first "meal" but I guess that will be only until I drag myself kicking and screaming into ketosis. Just about to have shake...
