I'm going to try and average 3-4 litres a day. I normally drink 2 litres a day anyway so I hope the increase won't be too much.

Good luck with your trial. I think I'm going to be on exante for 5 months + and I don't really mind that it's over the summer. I prefer winter anyway :-)
