    totally agree with all those! confidence is my biggest issue. also, i find it dead awkward finding a bra that fits (im tiny chested but fat, so finding a 46B is a nightmare.. i usually end up buying 38B's and using an extender strap) and with clothes in general nothing totally fits - always...

    Sugar free jelly as well and i cut up some carrot and leave it in fridge with low fat dip :) not totally free but low pointed and different if i dont fancy an apple or whatever. Im loving oranges atm too :) xxx

    Hit it haha! 30 sec intervals of Jabs, hooks then id say uppercuts but theyd not really work on the bag you have so just shadowbox for them? Also bodyshots. You could also do 30secs minijabs as fast as you can. Mix in some bodyweight exercises into the circuit like squats etc to make it longer :)

    i have to admit, what they have is loads better than what slimming world offers.. they are way ahead in terms of eating out, working out values, iphone / android apps etc.. loads better! if id realised you needed a calculator i wouldve bought one and posted you it - 20quid seems a bit steep! x

    do you only do green days because you're veggie? maybe get more nuts / dairy etc in for protein and reduce your carb intake especially on a night time. That was my advise from personal trainer as my weight loss was pretty much none existent when i was exercising and I have a lot of weight to lose!
