    Ah! I'm glad its ok to do it in the oven because I felt a bit like I was eating radioactive food. Next time its going to be an oven-job :) I like the idea of a lemony cake. That would be deeelish. Especially with some melted white chocolate or something equally yummy.

    Maybe the cous cous was TOO soaked at the beginning. I find that if i cover it with too much water the cous cous cake gets a bit soggy.... p.s. I had a cake tonight and made it with the Ltd Edition Lemon and Passionfruit Muller Light - to die for!!! :)

    Don't forget all the amazing quorn stuff you can have on Red days. :) They are free on Green too, which means you can eat "neutral" till tea time and then have whatever you fancy for tea. i.e. Loads of pasta for a green dinner, or a big bacon sandwich/a steak or something. Tofu is good too...

    Bananas are sooo good. Why not do an experiement with yourself; eat loads of bananas one week, and then eat NO bananas another week. If you lose more weight on the non-banana week then you will know that bananas have an impact on your weightloss. :) hope that helps

    Did you type in the weight of each portion (i.e. the weight of each slice of bread). If I remember correctly there's a special little space to put the weight of each portion. :) That should sort it. No bread can possibly be 39 for a slice. Jeebus!
