4 weeks in, slow going please help!

Not sure if it's of help to you, but my saving grace is making home made low point soup. I don't particularly follow a recipe, but used what ever veg I have left in the fridge, chicken carcass (minus the skin), stock, water and tarragon - use a little oil and add all the veg, then the stock...

3weeks in. 12stone to lose. need help =/

I'm quite new on this site and only 3 and half weeks into ww this time (second time for me). Reading your posts are so motivating as you're so honest and I can relate to every bad day you've had. You're going to look amazing at your wedding and I know you'll feel fabulous too as you've put the...

Need to have a takeaway tonight

Hi, from what I've read in the eating out book and on another thread on here, Indian curries etc are really high in points, with a korma coming in at 50 points I believe. If some one knows the actual points, please share. I just remember reading the points and thinking I had better stay away...

    Doing Weigh Watchers from home?!

So lost another pound this week - to be honest I'm gutted it's not more at this stage as I've really upped my exercise, but a loss is a loss is a loss I guess :-) Have got my hubby on the plan as well now, so I'm hoping with us both doing it , it'll be easier. How is everyone else getting on?

    Poor loss in first week?

Hi Midori1999 I just wanted to say - hang in there! In my first week I expected a big loss too as this is what I've previously experienced, but also I had started to excercise as well (not a huge amount, but certainly more than I used to). I was rather gutted to only have lost 2lb my first...

    Doing Weigh Watchers from home?!

Hi Ladies, Can I please join the group? I'm doing ww at home and have never been to a class, but I am lucky enough to have been given all the bits and pieces from someone who started and stopped WW. I have followed WW before and lost 2 stone, that was 2 years ago. I have put on about 5 lbs...

Blimey! 4 stones! How will I manage that!

Thanks Ginger - I'm really trying at being positive and enjoying each day - and well, it worked! Last week didn't seem as though I was on a diet at all as we ate pizza, went out to dinner, have a full cooked breakfast etc, but I pointed everything and changed my cooking methods (grilling instead...

Blimey! 4 stones! How will I manage that!

Thanks, both :-) Ginger - thank you for your advice, I had been thinking the same thing over the weekend, trying to think in more manageable bite sized chunks instead of one mega deal! Week one done on WW and I'm a little disappointed that I only lost 2 lbs as I've upped my excercise 10 fold to...

Blimey! 4 stones! How will I manage that!
