    Thanks :) I suppose once the first weigh in is done, I'll see if the scales say any less. If not I'll get the right hump haha. But I've stuck to it so I'm hoping the scales go down! Good luck with your weigh in on Monday too :)

    Healthy A and B

    I'm only new to this myself but healthy a is your milks and cheeses, the healthy b is your cereals and bread. You can choose 1 a and 1b every day. Anything over these one, you need to syn. Hope that helps.

    Oh no! I just ate 2 weetabix thinking they are healthy extras but when I've looked in my book I can't see them on the list :/ does this mean I now have to syn them?? If so I'm gutted coz they would be 6.5 syns!!!

    Help!!!

    CAn I eat my healthy extra at night??? Soooo hungry today and new to SW. First weigh in will be Thursday and I honestly can't see how I'm going to lose weight!! I feel like I'm eating loads today. All free and super free foods though.

    Mullerlights

    New to SW and have been told muller lights are free. I've now bought the vanilla (without choc) by mistake, are these free too? Also does anyone know if the herb/spice season all is free? Thanks in advance :)
