Tracking over the weekend has been non existent as I've been so busy. Took my pony to the local horse show and took a friend's Shetland as well so preparing everything on Saturday and being at the show all day yesterday it just didn't happen..
On the brightside my weight is down this morning...
Had busy day yesterday at our other site which is a 10 min walk from my normal workplace and walked to the stables too , to get those steps up.
Just about stayed on my calories too as I had a couple of treats including a mini magnum. Anyway the scales have gone down a lb so I'm feeling better...
What is the reason for the gains? Have you been off plan?
When I fall off the wagon what I normally do is try to focus on one day at a time. In the morning I promise myself to stay on plan for one day. I mean what kind of a numpty can't stick to plan just for 1 day? (This is what i tell myself...
Well yesterday was fine as I ended up being really busy with contractors all afternoon.
I had hired a school in the next village to take my horse to as he needs some experience going to new places so I dashed back to the yard to do that and ended up not getting home until nearly 10pm. OH had...
Eeep I'm struggling today. Got my period this morning and it makes me want to stuff my face.
Ate my lunch early and my snacks and now I've got nothing to eat until dinner so I've bought a bottle of diet cherry coke to keep me occupied. Need to keep myself busy this afternoon!!
Wish me luck!
So I'm now on day 6 and still on track. I struggled to log stuff accurately over the weekend due to being at a friend's party where I had a humongous jacket spud with chilli, cheese and coleslaw, plus a brownie. I basically just had to guess but tried to make up for it with dancing.
I managed...
Team RH have their own app. So you log everything into MFP and it sends the data over to the TRH app which has a dashboard.
It's easy to track , just a bit time consuming. Most days my OH is off eating his dinner and I'm still in the kitchen logging all the different things on my plate. It...
Day 3 and still on plan. According to weigh in this morning I have now lost 1.4lb so far, do hopefully I will have a decent loss by the end of the week.
My calories were about right yesterday which was good. I sneaked over by eating a couple of Brazil nuts 😂😂
Still struggling with the macros...
Day 2 and I'm still.on track. I tho k this is the longest I've been on plan this year and I'm not even joking.
Trying to get my steps up today. I need to hit the 10000 everyday, not just at weekends.
I've been learning about fibre today. Who knew there were different types? Definitely useful...
Still day 1 and still doing okay. Getting back from hols yesterday we haven't had chance to go shopping yet so I'm pleased I've managed to be on track. Just had a subway salad for lunch and I've turned down fried chicken and sweets.
At some point I will get to a place where I can balance a bit...
Hi @littlemissnaughty
Great to see you are still here and keeping it off and doing so well 👏👏👏
I've sneaked a stone back on since early 2018 plus nearly another half on holiday so I'm here to sort myself out.
Hey guys, I'm back as I've sneaked a stone back on this year but just come back from a cruise and now it's more like a stone and a half or so ( I'm about to man up and get on the scales)
I normally do SW but fancied trying something new so have joined Team RH (check them out of Facebook) but...
Just catching up with the minimal amount I have managed this week due to a very busy week at work etc

Nice to see you here @craftermary 😁
@Chubby Ghost how are you doing now? I know you had stalled a bit when we last spoke. Are you up and losing again now?
@tipperary Are you joining us this month?
I've made myself a spreadsheet to get back on it as I slacked a bit in May.
In June I'm going for 50 miles plus 10 extra sessions broken down as follows:
Running - 16 miles
Walking -10
Cycling - 21
Swimming - 3
I have also put:
Yoga sessions 4 sessions
Horse riding 6 sessions
I'm already...
Thanks for replying. I must admit I feel it's a bit harsh going to head office. I'm too soft. I will see if the improvement continues.
The other thing that drives me crackers is her constantly asking the group to deliver leaflets for her. No, it's your business you deliver your own leaflets...
Update *
Last night was much better. I posted on the FB page asking if we could talk about motivation and we actually spent a fair bit of time talking about how to motivate ourselves and also about exercise and different things you can do and how to get started for those who currently don't do...
I'm currently doing the "eating like I'm still on holiday " plan 😂😂
I've got a 12 week SW countdown to finish and I'm determined to be at target by the time if runs out.
To get my head in the mood I'm having a go at a free 14 day Noom trial to see how that goes.
I'll keep my fingers crossed...
Hi there
Just popping in and catching up. I've not been around much since I got back from holiday as struggling with motivation.
Are you doing okay? Still enjoying the CC?
Sounds like your weekend was okay!
I've done SW in 3 different groups over the past few years and had several different consultants (in one group the leader left so we had a couple of "babysitter" consultants before we got a permanent one. ) I have had some I got on with and others I didn't like as much but never have I felt as...
Hit my mileage target with 5 days left.
Need to get the strength done. I've got Yoga
planned for Wednesday so maybe a kettle bell session tomorrow?
Miles - 30.3/30
Strength 1/3
There was a big hoo ha in the UK last year about sexist dress codes and whether it was legal to enforce the wearing of high heels but it didn't go anywhere in the end.
I thought that the airline industry had improved on that front as many airlines you now see staff in flats, or at least staff...
Managed a painkiller based short run around the village. What would normally be a short gentle run was awful and a real struggle and I ended up doing a fair bit of walking. For some reason it was my breathing I was struggling most with.
Anyway. 2.25 miles done.
Miles - 12/30
Strength 0/3
Sorry all. I've been somewhat preoccupied by horrendous dental pain following an extraction so not been thinking about exercise.
Need to have a good weekend though as being in pain and miserable had led to me eating all sorts of bad things in the past few days.
I'm going to just say 30 miles...
We have hidden the Easter choc with the Christmas choc. I suppose we will just have to eat it one of these days, But not until I get back from holiday!
Hope the scales are kind despite the chocolate!
Sorry @tipperary I know you normally start the challenge threads, But as I couldn't see one for April yet I didn't think you would mind.
What are everyone's targets for this month?
Saturday last walk of the month. Didn't get any cycling dine but as I exceeded my targets for walking and running I'm not unhappy.
strength training 6/6 sessions
Running - 26/ 20 miles
Walking -30.8/ 20 miles
Cycling - 0/ 15 mile
The SW rules say just draw a line and start again.
However, if it was me I'd swap to weekly syns or work out the calories and do enough body magic to work it off.
Your choice. Depends how much you want a loss this week?
Hi Mini
You are doing brilliantly. We all have the odd week where we struggle. I had a few bad days last week but I've managed to get back on it now. I went out and bought some low syn treats which really helped as I had something nice standing by when the cravings hit. I got maple bbq kettle...
Hi Charlie
I'm just catching up with everyone whilst hiding from the rain in our caravan.
I've had a couple of weeks where I have struggled too. I think sometimes when you have been good for weeks on end we all just run out of steam.
I kept finding myself eating crap at work constantly a few...
Wowsers Tippi. I'm just catching up on your diary while i have time. (We are away in our caravan for Easter). Well your life is never boring anyway!
I loved the pics. It's great to see what people look like. I also think it's nice to look different in work mode than at home. Then when you...

Away in the caravan and I have brought my bike so hoping to get some miles in before the month ends!
Well done on your loss. Seems like you are getting into the swing of things now and the main thing is just to put any bad days behind you and start afresh the next day. I had a shocker yesterday - 25Syns😲!! Back on it today though 😁
Well done Blue bell. Great losses. You are doing really well.
@Whizaway - handy hint. To see trackers and signatures on mobile turn your screen sidewards 😀
Don't worry @Chubby Ghost . I always think that no matter how bad I think I look when I go swimming I always see someone who looks worse than me!
I'm also a pretty good swimmer (I used to be in a competitive swimming club growing up) so the look of surprise on all the fit people's faces when...
Well done everyone. Good losses all round.

Hi @Chubby Ghost
Have you thought about upping your exercise if you are stuck on a plateau? I had a nosey back to January and noticed that your output and length of time have both remained the same.
The problem with exercise is that you constantly need to up it to keep seeing the same...

Hey @Georginaungi
Just reread your thread to get some idea of why you aren't losing do here comes some "tough Love" i.e.telling it like it is to try to help you😁
You say "I'm following SW, I don't know why it's not working etc." Now bear in mind that I know SW works as I have lost 2 stone...
Hi Georgina
Why not try hiding your speedfood in the food if you aren't keen on fruit and veg?
Maybe dice up lots of garlic, peppers, onions, carrots, courgettes, mushrooms and fry off with some lean mince and a can of chopped tomatoes. Add a dash of Worcester sauce and hey go Speedy...
I know how you feel @Orla_D - I had the same problem last month with a knee injury.
I know how frustrating it can be but try to rest up and not aggravate it😕
After a naughty slice of pizza today I thought I'd better run it off! 3.2 miles

Hi there
I started running last summer building up slowly doing run/walk /run etc.
At the start of this year I started increasingly my distances from 5k to 4 miles, 5 miles and then 7 miles but then started having knee problems which caused me to take 2 weeks off and set me right back.
This...
Hi Wolf
Just been having a nosey on your thread. You have similar motivations to me. I'm very focused right now as I'm off to Peru in 5 weeks....
So if you are struggling to get your head in the zone maybe it's time to book a trip?

Weather dependent Ive got plans with my dog.
I am out running with a friend this morning and I'm doing an agility workshop with my good dog Ava this afternoon. Poor naughty dog Echo has to stay at home😕
Tomorrow morning I'm doing a Canicross event with Ava and poor Echo is staying at home...
Just did a short run 1.4m mostly as a warm up for strength training - did dome kettle bells, dumbbells, planks, squats etc.
Also did a 1.2 m walk yesterday.

Running - 10.8/ 20 miles

So I did Yoga last night which counts towards strength and also walked between work sites yesterday.
About on track for the halfway point in everything apart from cycling which is looking a bit desperate. Unfortunately it's still to dark during thd week to get any cycling done so it has to be...
A really good thread to look at to help you with food woukd be this one https://www.minimins.com/threads/sugar-plum-mini.359214/page-10
Mini writes her daily food really clearly with lots of pictures. It should give you a good idea of what sort of things you should be eating on SW.
Hi Mini
Still smashing it I see. You really are on fire at the moment.
Hope you get a good loss again this week.
You should have a new career as a photographer for cookery books. My food pictures never make my food look as appetising as it does in real life somehow. The colours never look as...
Hope this helps😆
My diary is in my signature (hint - if you are on your phone trying turning the screen sideways to see signatures)
Here is a link if you are struggling.
It's as much me blabbering on as keeping track of food, but I sometimes record food...
If you fancy chicken, steak or fish and chips add a big portion of homemade coleslaw filled with speed carrot, cabbage and onion and make it free by sustituting fat free natural yoghurt with a squeeze of lemon juice instead of mayo
So remember - whenever you have a meal you should have 1/3 of your plate speed.
So if you have bacon and eggs add grilled tomatoes and mushrooms cooked in frylight for example.
Firstly, well done on the huge amount of weight you have lost so far. If you keep your head you could even make two stone before you go away.
If I were you I would also be having a serious word with the OH and explain that comments like that are hurtful and upsetting when what you need is...
Well done everyone. Some great losses so far in March!
2 and a half off for me this week. I need a good loss again next week to stay on track as two more weeks to lose 4 and a half pounds. Still doable though.
I'm here so you are not talking to yourself.
I promise you SW works. I'm a pound away from losing 2 stone in 11 weeks so I'm proof!
Are you having your healthy extras? They are important as well as always 1/3 of your plate speed.
The diet will work - you just have to make sure you follow it...
Great work Tristan. That's even better than my 4 awards in one week a few weeks back. Well done.
I'm happy as I managed to get into the bottom half of this bracket with a 2.5lb loss I'm now at 13 st 6 and well on my way to the 12s ☺
Hi gang
Hope you are all well and keeping on track☺

Hi there
Sharing your diary will help as then we can see if you are on plan and offer any tips and advice.
If you have already been losing on ww maybe your body is just plateauing and you just have to work through it although it's so frustrating and disheartening when that happens.
Do you do...
The sun came out and I managed a short run! Also did a yoga session last night and it was hard!!
strength training 2/6 sessions
Running - 1.66/ 20 miles
Walking -7/ 20 miles

I'm doing good thanks. Really been on it since rejoining SW after Xmas. Only 3.5 away from my 2 stone award.
Funny how we struggle for so long and then something clicks and suddenly it seems easy!
Hello Calorie counters😆 Looks like you ladies are doing well.
Laura - happy to keep you company while LMN is on her holibobs if it helps. I'm still doing SW but if it helps keep you focused?
Right I'm going to break down my exercise this month. My targets are:
At least 6 strength training sessions which includes yoga, kettle bells, circuits etc.
Running - 20 miles
Walking - 20 miles
Cycling - 15 miles
I've not put them too high as I've already lost a weekend to snow and I also...
Hi and welcome.
You will love slimming world once you get into it. The first couple of weeks can be confusing whilst you get your head round it.
The most important things are to remember to fill a third of your plate with speed foods and to have your A and B choices. Also remember to check...
I'm going to join in but I want to try to do more strength training this month to balance out my cardio, so I need to have a little think about what my targets will be. Also the snow is unlikely to let me do much running or cycling this weekend at least as it's just not safe😕 It's just so...
Well done on 4.5 lb. I got Slimmer of the month at my group too. I was really chuffed as I've never won it before!
I've started looking at my losses over two weeks so even if you STS next week that's still 4.5 over two weeks which is really good😆
Ooh was it cold in Poland? Brrrr. Then again it's just so cold in the UK at the mo maybe Poland was a warm change 😂😂
I haven't been to Poland. Would you recommend?
Hope your week is going okay.
3.5 off for me this week. I was already on the naughty step in group for keep winning the raffle (about 3 times in 8 weeks 😂😂), but after tonight I think they will chuck me out.
My 1.5 stone award, my club 10 and then slimmer of the week and slimmer of the month. Thank God I didn't win the...
I would have a problem with it. It will discourage them from hydrating themselves if they are not allowed to go and as others have said how can they concentrate on lessons when they are busy concentrating on holding on?
My niece is nearly 9 and has health issues meaning that she should be...
Wow @TRISTAR 8.5 stone 😲😲
That's amazing -well done.
Half off for me this week so I'm at 13 st 13
It will be slow progress at this rate. Hoping for a better loss this week.
Only managed a 2.5 mile run today as time got away from me.
52/65
Going to struggle to meet my target for the month as I'm out doing Agility tomorrow. I blame the week off with a bad knee so not so bad considering.
Determined to do better next month.
Well done Laura. Looks like cc is really suiting you. Sometimes a change of diet can be really refreshing can't it. I went through a phase of being bored stupid with SW but then I remembered why I love it lol. I tried SF in the past and enjoyed thd shakes but I couldn't stick to as I wanted my...
Hi Anna
I've noticed a few things...
Use of words like "mostly" following and 15 syns "approx".I would recommend keeping a food diary for a few days at least and writing down everything that passes your lips as you may be suprised at how many syns you are actually clocking up.
As above I'm...
Well done everyone.
Half a pound off for me this week takes me to halfway there. Now it gets harder....
Tippy fell off the bottom so have added back on.😆

Hi Mini
Doing brilliantly in 2018😆
Are you still craving Chocolate? I get over my choccie cravings with Hi Fi bars and the best thing is you can have 2 for your HexB. I love them and they feel like a proper treat. I always save one for my pud after dinner.😊
I don't know your height and weight etc but 1200 calories sounds about right for if you are trying to lose weight.
My point about calories is that because you are counting them, you have got it into your head that you aren't having enough, when possibly the lack of energy is something else...
On the face of it it looks like you are doing everything right. I'm assuming the cheese in the toastie is your HexA and is the bread your HexB?
I know on another thread you explained why you like to cc as well as SW, but why not try doing SW for a few days without the cc? Clearly it's not...
Just been catching up on the last few weeks. Your life is always very eventful!
300 up is nothing and will be gone in no time and sounds like you are doing lots of walking at the mo which will keep you on the straight and narrow.
Couple of questions:
Are you having your syns?
Are you varying your diet, or having the same stuff over and over?
We might be able to help more if you could tell us more about what you are eating?
What about eating more oily fish such as salmon, mackerel etc?
I know you have to syn them but you could try including avacado or coconut to your diet?
Knee held up yesterday. Managed a 4 mile run this morning.
33.5/65
I've yet to walk the dogs so should be able to add to that today. I'm not where I wanted to be at this point due to my knee injury but my target is just about still doable.
Hello. Who is in here then? I've just weighed in here from the group above.
13 St 13.5lb
I'd like to be heading out at the bottom.end by the time I go on holibobs in April😆
I hate to ❤ you and leave you all at Valentine's but blimey O'Riley I've gone and done it. I saw a 13 on the scales at SW and I'm outta here.
See you all soon. Hopefully when you lot head down and not me bobbing back up 😲
Hi, I'm on SW and this time last year did it with some frustrating and slow losses. I'm back on it now and this time the Weight is just falling off (19.5 lb in 6 weeks) so I'm trying to work out what I am doing differently and I've come up with the below:
I find I have better losses when I have...
Hi all,
Firstly well done Dolly for the staying on track at such a difficult time. As you said, do it for yourself.
I know a couple of people are really struggling. Hope you can find a reason to get back on it x
I lost 3.5 this week although I have no idea how!
Buffy 5/70lbs
Pratainua 8.0/...
Hello diet twin.
I also had a sneaky weigh at home and saw a 13 on the scales for the first time in two years, but that was my "morning weight" so I won't see it at SW tonight but we are getting ever closer.
Here is to the 13's🍻...onwards arena downwards
Keep your chin up as when you are good and then plateau is the most frustrating and difficult time.
I always find star week does make a difference so fingers crossed for a good week next week.
Eeeep it's not going well for me. I've only managed 17 miles tracked so far and my knees are really playing up and I think I need to rest them😕
If there is no improvement tomorrow I will replace some of my miles with swimming and update my target to reflect.
I think we must be diet twins.
We are within a pound of each other weight wise, I've just got back into my size 16 jeans and it was my OH's birthday yesterday!
I'm still here. Total loss for Jan was 13.5. Updated below and added Spinoza. .
Buffy 5/70lbs
Pratainua 6.4 / 28lb
Jean88 7/37lb
Mini 11/70lbs
Dolly Rocker 16/86lbs
Julia78 7.5/42
Susie 15/70lbs
Enlightenme2 - 3.5/40lbs
Ariana 12/70lbs
Clareel 6/34
GSP 6/20lbs
Ponytales 13.5/40lbs
MissMiff...
I'm not doing very well so far as the majority of mine is done at the weekend.
3 short walks to the shops etc, plus a 5k run yesterday and cycled to the yard just now.
Total so far 10.13/65
Just off to walk the dogs and try to do a couple more!
Hi Charlie
Are you out and about when you are having wine, or drinking it at home?
We usually have a bottle between us at home, but because we are both doing SW we have started buying the little bottles in the supermarket (187ml or something) so we can stick to the one glass now.
Doesn't...
Hi Laura
Well done on the fab loss on your first week of slim fast. I know what you mean about getting bored of the same diet. I go through that some times although I'm really enjoying being back on SW at the mo.
Good luck for week 2
@SarahM1985 my OH keeps making the same mistake and I keep telling him to check the syns first as he is too reliant on me to syn everything for him! Latest mistakes for him were smoked mackerel and also non free yoghurt.
In my house I'm the one working 8 til 8. OH works from home but I don't think he gets lonely without me, although he has the dogs and cats for company.
What about taking up a hobby, joining an evening class etc?
Hi all,
I smashed through my target in January so I'm going to challenge myself more in February even though it's shorter.
I'm going to try to log 65 miles on Runkeeper. These can be logged walking, running or cycling and I will try to increase my mileage on January from each area.
January...
I finished on 63.38 miles so really happy with myself, especially as I increased my distance every week
Week 1 - 8.3 miles
Week 2 - 15.6 miles
Week 3 - 19.58 miles
Week 4 - 19.9 miles.
Will increase my target for Feb
Wow Charlie! Great work.
As they haven't done any alterations yet can't they send it back and get the next size down? I seem to remember the shop telling you to order up a size so seems they got it wrong!
I know what you mean Tippy. .I was like that last weekend. Got in after canicross and got warm.and dry and then I was like "don't make me go out there again!"
Sonja was trying to hit her monthly target today and needed 6.9 miles so she says "do you fancy it?"
The sicker for punishment I am I said yes and we actually did 7.32 so smashed straight through my target!
53.02/50
Hey Tippy,
Just catching up.on this. Sounds like it's been tough and when stuff like this is going on all the planning just goes out the window doesn't it? Glad hubby's heart is okay. At least that is a worry off your mind.
Just make sure you are taking care of yourself as well as hubby!
Oh exciting dress fitting!
It will be very interesting to see what the fit is like. I find it takes me about 20 lb to lose my first dress size and then a bit less after that (a stone or so)
Just come back from a 5.5 mule run. I also did 2 miles yesterday and have done several walks in the week.
I'm now up to 35.5/50
Got the dogs to walk yet today so that will knock at least another one off!
Hey @Luisalou, sometimes it just takes someone to point out the obvious 😃
On another note, as a yo yo dieter I know for a fact that eating healthily and doing exercise makes me feel like a different person both physically and mentally.
Hopefully it will have the same effect on you 😀
I know the hazelnut ones are 4, but thd grains and seeds one is only half. Both really yummy
Let me go and see if I can find the fruit and nut one for you....back in a mo
I think there are 3 keys to success with SW. They are:
1. Planning - know what you are going to eat and carry free and speed snack with you at all times...and keep a diary and write EVERYTHING down.
2. Cooking - to succeed at SW you need to cook most stuff from scratch even if you batch cook...
I know you said you struggle to eat but do you think you could manage some speed food - fruit maybe - for breakfast to help get your metabolism going?
If the porridge milk used all of your Healthy A allowance you need to syn the milk in your coffee otherwise you can split it between them.

Blimey CG. I don't know how you have the time to fit it in! I thought I was fairly active until I saw how much you are doing.
I do have various gym equipment at home (treadmill, turbo trainer/bike, kettle bells etc) but I don't enjoy it nearly as much as getting out in the fresh air and I'm...
Ooh, love this thread.
I know we are halfway through the month but can I join in?
I use Run keeper to track my running, walking and the odd bike ride. So far this month I have tracked 23.4 miles so my challenge to myself is to hit 50 miles by the end of the month.
Hi Abbi
I've just restarted slimming world after falling off the wagon back in October. I definitely think it's the best diet as I love to snack all day😆
I mostly hang out in the diary section and sometimes sign up to the monthly challenges.
Have you done Slimming World before?
Hi Gwendolin
It's not new and exciting, but Slimming World is still my favourite diet.
I've had that feeling before when I just can't motivate myself and I think that maybe a new diet will help me feel reenergised, but actually it's not the diet that is the issue - it's my head. Slimming World...
Hi there and welcome. Your story sounds so so much like mine (apart from the babies part) so I know just how you feel. I always lose a couple of stone and then sneak it back on again. I've just rejoined SW for about the 5th time.
I mostly hang out in the members diary forum. Feel free to pop...
Hi Sezzy
Welcome:)
I'm a serial dieter who always loses a couple of stone then falls off the wagon and sneaks it on again:eek:
Well done on losing the 5 stone. It's a massive achievement. You have done the right thing looking for help if you are struggling. I always say dieting is all in the...
Hi Katy
Welcome back. I've only just come back too after I fell off the wagon on holiday in October.
I'm glad you are feeling stronger. I can sympathise as I also suffer from anxiety and depression, although nowhere near what you have been through.
I know it sounds a cliché but I genuinely...
Hi gang, not been around of on plan for a while but I am in this group to restart.
Quite pleased with myself that even being off track I managed to stay in this group.
Now I'm going to try to get out of it in the right direction.
I hope you have all had a good week?.
Morning Slim
Just popped by to see how you are getting on. Yesterday sounded pretty good food wise.
Shame you didn't find anything you wanted to buy. Have you worked out how many lbs you need to lose to drop a dress size and then how many lbs a week between now and then you need to.lose a...
You look like you are doing well from your food log.
I was thinking it's a bit quiet round here at the moment. Glad I'm not the only one who thinks so.
Don't worry though. Talk to yourself if it helps and we'll catch up when we can
Hi little Miss
9 yesterday! Good work!!
I've noticed that you and @xxlauraxx15 and me all seem to be in the same boat at the moment . One good day and then aslip up...We all seem like we are struggling to maintain motivation.
How can we get our mojo back?
It's all in the mind isn't it? When you are focused staying on track just feels do easy. When mentally you are not in the zone it's so hard to stay motivated.
Hiya LMN
Glad to see you are getting on well. Your 10 fruit and veg challenge is a great idea.
I had a subway salad at lunchtime which would give me a head start - lettuce, tomato, cucumber, sweetcorn, olives, gerkins, jalapeño, green pepper, onion.
@Emmaline have you tried any of the newer cruise ships? I have only been on a cruise once which was years ago and with "Airtours" who aren't even going these days I don't think. I went with family to Italy, Spain, France and Tunisia. We had a fab time but cruising is very bad for the waistline...
I have been to Zante (Lagana) but that was many years ago with a group of friends and quite lively (not on the scale of some of the big resorts in Spain etc), and slightly more recently I went to Scala in Kefelonia which was stunningly beautiful with lots of nice restaurants and gorgeous beaches...
Sorry I've not posted in a few weeks.
My results are:
13/3 - lost 0.5lb
20/03 - lost 1lb
27/3 - lost 2.5lb
Hope you are feeling better soon Kay
@Tibbs so sorry about your dog. They really are members of the family and its so heartbreaking when they go. Hope you are okay.
If you have come on that probably affected your loss. I know it does with me.
Don't get too down. A loss is a loss and it's all progress in the right direction. Just keep chipping away.
Don't worry Katy. My OH didn't notice when I had about 10 cm off my hair and went from "caramel" to red lol! !!
Don't worry about having a bad week. I've had a couple of bad weeks but finally managed to pick myself up and get back on it and you can too. Make sure you go to group and stay as...
