    How to stop emotional overeating?

    Yes I do this. It's become extreme in the last few months as I'm frequently at home on my own with my little girl. I'm looking into ways to get over it and loose weight for good. I have read that diets will never work because of the restrictive natures.

    20 weeks

    I'd love to exercise. I'm quite keen to try the HIIT way, 20-30 minutes 3-4 times a week. The only hing that can stop that is my 5 month old. She doesn't like napping during the day... Before getting pregnant of quite happily exercise for an hour a day, sometimes longer.

    Taking ours to see an osteopath as she was vontuse and suffers with wind, acid reflux and putting hats on! They have been recommended by many of our friends. She was a back to back delivery too so had quite a lump on her forehead for weeks.

    I was weighed with my height. Taken so they could work out my bmi. Apparently if you are overweight/obese you need extra care. I guess that's why it was done. Mo was just under the cut off point. So far a healthy pregnancy, if anything slightly low Bp but I've always suffered from that.
