    Congrats to all in losses and next weeks another week to those who STS or gained. I gained 2.5lbs, to be expected, so gotta get my head back together and carry on. Not good to have days off the wagon as sooo difficult to not reach for the sweet treats. Think this week will be tough :(

    Well done :) Hope u & everyone else get the losses you're hoping for. I know I've definitely gained this week but is totally expected as I had 4 days totally off plan with too many treats and an indian takeaway due to being out and about. I accept my gain and get back to it ASAP, lol

    Yeh I do like to keep an eye. I've noticed that I tend to lose a day or two after WI and that's where it stays till I do my actual WI every fri(as long as I stick to plan). I'm too impatient to wait a while week, lol :)

    Got a feeling I'm not gonna lose when I weigh tomorrow :( Not that I've done anything wrong apart from not really eating as much due to not being hungry. My appetite is definitely lower than it was, could be the weather tho. Hope everyone gets the loss they're hoping for :)

    Hugs to you Darcy's mummy. Horrible feeling to gain but not know why.
