my tom is all over the place since starting lt - i've been on it for 6 weeks and in that time i've had 3!!!! it affects my weightloss too as i blow up like a balloon, very frustrating but my pharmacist said it's down to my hormones regulating as i lose weight so hopefully they'll get sorted soon...

oh and its my totm too, i feel so bloated i didnt think it was possible id have lost anything!

and i've lost 10lbs!!!! although the chemist said it was 7 :confused: I'm fairly certain that the difference between 17st 6 and 18st 2 is 10lbs - am i wrong? I felt so bad for my boyfriend though - he only lost 3lbs and he honestly hasn't broken the diet once plus he drinks more water than me...
