    hay have u thought about toning tables , i use them and find it alot easyer than the gym. once i have lost abit more weight then i will move on to the cardio stuff.

    well i have lost 3.8 lbs this week which im pretty happy with. i have been starvin all day today and i have just eaten a sandwhich at 1.30 in the mornin. (very naughty) i wish i could uneat it. i will let u know how i get on chrissie

    i have always done that i didnt realise it was ment to be skimmed. taste good to me lol so i say try it and see

    you have to think about your skin aswell if u loose it to quick you are more likley to be left with more excess skin.

    hay new 2, i buy all the ready made stuff from tesco cause its only 60p instead of the 1.30 for the slimfast brand. tastes nice to, i dont like there verstion of the powder tho i think it tastes like weetabix.

    well tromnorrow will be 7 days o9n slimfast for me and my first weigh in (im really scared) i hope i have done well, cause i did slip up this week. oh yea and im actually going to the gym tomorrow i hope its not full of skinny minies. wish my luck love you all chrissie

    i would try your local health centre as they get sent a few of them diet plates for free. thats where i got my one from and i didnt have 2 pay hope it helps

    why do people try and make u eat!!!!

    binge!!!!!!!!11 I did a terrible thing tonight, i eat 3 peices of kfc and chips and gravey. i felt so bad cause i was good untill tea time. i even googled the calorie count after and im hoping that i will still loose weight this week. im a big girl 19.6 stone so im praying that one...

    why do people try and make u eat!!!!

    I have been doing my slimfast since friday and so far so good, i feel better already. the thing that im struggling with is other people trying to make you eat. its like they dont want u to succeed. am i on my own with this:sigh:
