It'll all be worth it in the long run DD. it's not an easy weight loss programme and it might be worth having a chat with your other half about how it's affecting you, and how he can help you. It's ok saying you don't want to burden others with your diet but it's a massive thing that you're...

    Shaking it to slimdom!

Hi Lucy, I suppose at the end of the day it depends on how serious you are about losing weight. The first 3 days are the worse. You may get a headache, tiredness, hunger or even feel cold. Once you enter ketosis, which is the part where your body becomes a fat munching machine you will feel...

    Where in the world?

I must admit I like the seasons, perhaps with the exception of winter. I hate the cold, and the wet and the snow. Snow should only be allowed on Christmas cards. Autumn is a favourite because I love the colours of autumn. I was also born in the autumn. Jayne

Which part of your body do you dislike most?

ive got chunky knees too Rud. Some of it's down to arthritis but not all of it. I also prefer dark chocolate but I really don't like white chocolate. I wish I didn't like chocolate at all, or red wine, or anything fried or anything with cream in. Unfortunately I like all of the above and a lot...

    Ideal weight????????

I'm pear shaped Rud. I'm always a size or so smaller on top and it's quite deceiving because when you're big you look really big with the hips and bum but when you're lighter you can definitely get away with more. My friend is an apple and when she has to lose weight to match her arms and legs...

I had big legs and had never worn high boots. I went from 20.2 to 11.8 and it was lovely to actually get into knee high boots for the first time. I'm now up at 14.0 so I've got to wait a bit longer to get back into the boots again.x

For me it's my bingo wings. I hate them and would love to wear sleeveless tops and dresses without covering up with a cardi or shrug or whatever.
